Rollin Roland

My name is Sebastian Roland, I am a junior in college studying advertising at the University of Oklahoma. I love going out with friends, it is my number one favorite activity by far. I also like making hip-hop beats and listening to music in my free-time with my friends. I believe in putting 110% passion into everything and anything you do, no matter what it is- do what you love and you will love what you do, even if it takes sacrificing to get there. I don’t really like overthinking, I am a go with the flow kind of guy so once I find a lane that I feel suits me I just run with it until I feel like something is off.

I am in the discipline of advertising because I am a very creatively oriented person, and I feel like there is an art to advertising that is widely understood but often never appreciated- I hope to be a revolutionary force in the advertising realm someday but I definitely have long long long ways to go. I love traveling and making new friends and memories, I try to live everyday like it is my last but I end up slacking many days, it comes and goes with my mood and if it is finals/midterms time or not. I love my family, they are the best on the whole world (yep) and I am so grateful to have them, my mom and dad inspire me to reach higher and get anything done that I set my mind to- and my sister reminds me that I have a lot of responsibility on my shoulders to not just live up to my parents expectations but hers, and my own expectations of what I should be doing ideally.
